Terms and Conditions for KC
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website is operated by KC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KC. KC offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
By placing an order with KC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).
Payment Methods: We accept Direct bank transfer.
Security: Payments are processed via a secure and encrypted connection. We only draw the amount from your account once the item is dispatched.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We deliver to addresses throughout Denmark and internationally.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is typically 5 business days. As some photo prints are made to order, variations may occur.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be displayed before checkout.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
Deadline: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.
Custom Products: Please note that if you order a work that is made to your specific requirements (e.g., a custom painting or prints in bespoke dimensions), the right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, stk. 2, nr. 3.
Returns: You must cover the direct costs associated with returning the item. Items must be returned in substantially the same condition and packaging.
5. WARRANTY AND RECLAMATION
The rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply to all purchases. You have a 24-month warranty.
If the item is damaged during transport or if there is a defect in the print, please contact us immediately at shop@kaschr.com
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling (e.g., incorrect hanging or placement in direct sunlight damaging the painting).
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
KC retains all rights to the sold paintings and photo prints.
The purchase of a work grants you the right to own the physical copy, but not the right to copy, reproduce, or resell the motifs commercially without prior written permission from KC, pursuant to the Danish Copyright Act.
7. COLOR REPRODUCTION
We strive to display the colors of our paintings and prints as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or mobile device will display the colors 100% accurately, as color settings vary between devices.
8. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
To enter into an agreement with us, we require: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We process your data solely to deliver the goods to you. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
9. COMPLAINTS
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact us at [Insert Email]. If we cannot reach a solution, you may file a complaint with:
The Danish Appeals Boards Authority (Nævnenes Hus)
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution portal (if you reside outside Denmark).
10. GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be governed by Danish law and settled by the Danish courts.
